“Have been driving for 53 years and can say without hesitation, the service I have received over the past 6 1/2 years from buying first new Kia Ceed car from them in 2013, followed by 6 1/2 years of excellent servicing on the vehicle and now another new Kia Ceed two weeks ago, has been the best over those 53 years.”

“A friendly and genuine top quality service - my best car purchase experience to date by far! Not only were the Richmond branch willing to take their time to bring a vehicle down from Durham for me to test drive, they gave me a thorough test drive experience for half an hour without bombarding me with sale jargon. I felt relaxed and well informed when weighing up if the car was right for me and there was no pressure put on me to buy. Richard and his manager were very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with the standard of the car and the deal. They also kept me up to speed via text and calls. I would definitely return to Richmond in the future and would strongly advise my friends to use this garage. Thank you also to Joseph for arranging finance. Joseph was very friendly and positive. All round brilliant customer service! Well done team!”

“Joseph at Richmond was amazing . He organised our car really quickly and went over and above to help us collect it . We now have 8 Kia’s in the family x x However the Richmond location is terrible and am unsure how without returning customers it survives . Would b better situated in a more central location with passing trade We will definitely do business with Joseph again - he is a star 🌟”
