“Hi we purchased a car from SG Petch in Sept 2019. They took my old car in part ex and we paid in ful for the new vehicle. I found the salesman Reg Thompson very helpful and he made the deal and exchange very easy with little fuss. I would highly reccomend this company when buying a secondhand car or new. “This has been one of the easiest, simplest and most brilliant car purchase ever - and I'm over 21! From the initial contact, being notified, to the handover, nothing has been to much trouble. The contact I had through SG Petch & Nick Nicholson is a true template of superb customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending the dealership in York.”

“During the month of September I visited about 10 different garages looking for a car that would fit my requirements. SG Petch in Middlesbrough was the first garage I visited and they left a lasting positive impression due to the sales person, ( Christian Lovell), who was very patient,professional and helpful. This was extremely vital, as with having autism I find comuniation and social situations very difficult however I was made to feel immediately at ease due to his calm and friendly attitude.In fact he was the best salesman by miles of all the ones I then when on to deal with. When I finally made my decision that a Hyundai i20 SE was the car of my choice I had no hesitation in immediately returning to SG petch in Middlesbrough and was greeted by Christian as though I was a long lost friend. He then spent the next hour or so sourcing a suitable car along with a test drive and then the deal was done.”
