“SG Petch is one of the best showrooms i have had the pleasure of visiting and i have been to a lot over the years my salesman was very good showing me everything about the car i purchased,very helpful and informative from log books to making my private plates,the whole process could not have gone smoother,i would highly recommend SG PETCH to anyone looking for a car and would definately visit them again for my next purchase.”

“Bought a Hyundai Tucson after viewing many from other locations dealers, dealt with Adam who put no pressure on us, listened to what we were after and was clear and informative without being pushy at all. We are over the moon the car and would return to SG Petch in the future”

“Bought a used 2018 Hyundai Tucson 1.6 Sport today......we've used other dealers (Audi and Mini) but we were so impressed with Ryan from the sales team who was very professional and made our purchase so so easy and he went the extra mile for us arranging the repair of the usual wear and tear bodywork scratches. From our very first visit to collecting the car he was brilliant, an asset to SG Petch! We may well be back in a few years as returning customers, keep up the good work!!”

“Everything at the beginning of our buying of a Mazda, I was promised a touch up paint in the post for a scratch I wasn’t happy with, non arrived, after telephone conversation I was promised yet again paint through the post, never arrived in the end we had to travel to pick up. Not the type of service I expect after spending thousands of pounds.”

“I’ve never once had a problem with SG Petch Durham! All staff are welcoming, polite and professional. Matthew was outstanding when getting my new Seat Ibiza. He was polite, professional and easy to understand when going through all of the paper work! Matthew has done an amazing job, I absolutely love my car, thanks again!!”
