“Down to earth honest trader. Went to a large chain initially who were disinterested and offered ridiculous trade in. Purchasing my Hyundai Ioniq from Michael was a pleasure, straight forward, easy and honest. I always prefer a family firm and s g Petch were great.”

“The whole experience was first class including our sales coordinator Gary .What we find very disappointing is that three weeks after our purchase you are offering two years free service free car mats and a free boot tray. This cannot have been a last minute promotion due to ordering the freebies involved ,when we next think about changing our car we may have to consider a different supplier.”

“The level of service at SG Petch Mazda Darlington is outstanding, both from the service department and sales. I have had all my servicing done there over the last 12 to 13 years and it was a pleasure nothing was a trouble to them. When I decided to get another new Mazda (CX3) I went straight there, the salesman (Ryan Roberstson) was brilliant both organizing the test drive and at a time to suit me and on the day. He answered all my questions without hesitation but best of all never pushed me into buying which is refreshing. The whole process of buying the car was enjoyable and hassle free. I am now driving the new car and can highly recommend SG Petch well done.”
