“Great customer service, I got looked after while looking at the vehicle with no pushy sales. Purchasing it was an easy process and again was happy with how i was treated. The car was spotless when i collected it. Iv had the car nearly 3 weeks now and have no regrets, it runs great and easy to drive. Im currently waiting for a parking brake switch as the plastic cover was already broken on purchase but i was told it was ordered and will get fitted, so im just waiting on that. Overall im very happy and recommend this garage.”

“First experience with SG Petch and cannot fault it. James Chadwick and Andrew Mellanby were absolutely fantastic. Both very kind, friendly, helpful, patient and more. James kept me updated with each step of the process and nothing was any bother to him at all. Would definitely return again and highly recommend. Thanks very much again guys.”

“SG Petch went above and beyond my expectations when buying my car. Anthony was absolutely fantastic and provided a great service. He let me look at the car and take it on a test drive and wasn't pushy like some salespeople can be. I would definitely recommend SG Petch to others and use them again based on my recent experience. “It was bad enough that the green car that we ordered was actually blue, forcing us to send it back in exchange for another one at a significant financial cost to ourselves but when the second car eventually arrived the roof didn't have the Fiat logo as promised and the pedestrian warning music didn't work and the speedometer was calibrated in kilometres per hour, demonstrating that the car wasn't road tested before we took delivery. We were told that Fiat would be in touch to sort all of this out but we haven't heard a peep from anyone in the last 5 weeks so it's off to Court and Trading Standards.”

We are really disappointed that even after vehicle exchange into a more favourable colour choice you are still not satisfied. The vehicle supplied was current UK specification which is subject to change. If you have concerns with the pedestrian assist noise please book the car in with our service department and they will look into this. The vehicle had a pre delivery inspection and road test prior to delivery my apologies the speed was still showing in KM this can be swapped the MPH at the push of a button.
