“the customer service received yesterday was less than 1 star, i wanted to know about the electric mazda, since my 2018 mazda is due a change, the staff didn't care when we walked in, pointed us in the direction of one electric mazda, didn't offer any assistance, didn't attempt to switch it on, so we could have a proper idea, no information at all, infact he walked away and we walked out non the wiser, after we couldn't find anyone to ask anything, waste of my time, i had to come back inside the show room to ask if i was in the right place. While looking for the mazda show room in sunderland, i had gone to Bristol street motor by error and the customer service was so brilliant that I consider getting the new electric mokka, a car I have never thought off. I hope the management can reconsider the Sunday workers as they must be getting paid to sit not sell. the staff member has done Mazda a disservice”

“Fantastic customer service! This is my second car from SG Petch I can’t recommend them enough! James at SG Petch Darlington was really helpful I wanted a bigger car as my old car was to small he was very patient and shown me around cars I might have been interested in, I really loved the Kia Rio it was a little out of my price range but James worked hard to get me the best deal! The whole process was very smooth and I got my new car very quickly. Thank you again!!”

“Although I had an apparent problem with a defective throttle valve the day after I drove away from the showroom, as the part wasn’t in stock and had to be sourced, S G Petch immediately arranged a courtesy car for me to cover the week my vehicle was off the road”

“Excellent customer experience I can not speak more highly of this exceptional garage. The buying process was an absolute pleasure and I would like to say a massive thank you to Ricky Doughty who went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations. Coming from a sales background myself that is no easy task. A shining star who I am sure will go to the top in his career. The car was a gift for my 75 year old mum and a surprise. I traded her old car in and again this was a seem less process. This garage is fantastic from the customer service to the fabulous members of staff. A true gem of a garage in York. Thanks again to the whole team at Kia in York.”
