Good service from Petch but long wait for vehicle. SGP staff were very helpful but hands tied due to manufacturing delays.

Just before Xmas I contacted your service dept to have a damaged wheel replaced on my 208. Parts were contacted and a replacement wheel ordered for fitting on Dec 17th. I was told to have the vehicle there for 0900. 4 hours later I am told that the wheel cannot be fitted because some panel on the old wheel were damaged and couldn't be used on the new. I was told to leave it until the new year when the necessary parts would be available. In January I arranged another appointment and followed through with a further call to ensure that everything was ok. Today (11/01) I spent 3 hours waiting for the job to be done only to be told that the replacement wheel did not match the old and that a new wheel will have to be ordered. Why was this not spotted on the initiaI abortive visit in December? I have been given assurances that this time you'll get it right though I have to say my confidence in the competence of your organisation has almost hit rock bottom. If you cannot manage a simple wheel replacement how will you manage to do a more complicated service? Seven hours of my time has been wasted through the inept handling of this job.

Excellent Service….Visited several different dealers to my disbelief they were unable to sell me a vehicle or just wasn’t interested! I saw a Jeep Rubicon in the exact spec I wanted advertised on Autotrader. I sent an initial enquiry of which I received a prompt reply from there sales executive “ Ricky Doughty”. As I hadn’t driven a Rubicon and being a vastly different vehicle to what I was use to I needed to arrange a test drive. Not a problem. They had a test Rubicon….Great news. Being a really busy guy I turned up unannounced and they couldn’t be more accommodating, they brought the Demo Jeep round and me and the kids enjoyed the vehicle at our leisure with no pressure. LOVED THE RUBICON! I returned to the dealership after about 1/2 an hour to find my wife enjoying a coffee. Ricky promptly asked “What do you think?”… I’ll have it! Ricky couldn’t of been more accommodating to my needs or hectic schedule. The deal was done and vehicle ready within days! Really pleased and really enjoying the Jeep….Ricky is a great asset to the business and will definitely do business with SG Petch & Ricky again….

Roger was very helpfully and the purchase of the car went very smoothly. If when I identified an issue after living up the car the service desk sorted out the repair within days.

Emma was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process quick, easy and the least stressful transaction I’ve ever experienced. Very happy with our new car, Emma worked perfectly within our budget.

The salesperson was pleasant, friendly but not at all pushy. We could ask questions but were given space to discuss between ourselves. I didn't quite get the part-exchange that I was hoping for but when do you ever with a trade-in.

Inquired about a used car in November and arranged to visit the dealership. On arrival, it took me about 5 minutes to get anyone's attention. I was then handed the keys so I could have a look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I got back to the dealership I spoke to Emma and was given the paperwork to sign. On the day I collected the car, the car had not been taxed and had never been explained to me that it was not in with the price which I found very odd. I had to remind Emma about setting up the service plan and after that handed the keys to drive off, No sales or general manager to thank me for buying from them which I have had at other dealerships when I have brought a new or used car. I have also not had a follow-up call to see if everything is ok. I feel unvalued as a customer
