“Just recently purchased a Tucson and I am very happy It was from the Middlesbrough branch at skippers lane.Salesman Tony who sold me the car was very good and very friendly and helpful all went straight forward got my new purchase within a couple of days thanks especially to Tony.”

“I shall be happy to write a full review when my order has been completed. I am still waiting for the pack of mats I ordered and I have yet to hear when/if my new Pod Point charger will be installed in time for me to get the £350 government grant. Both are in the hands of Kia.”

“Great to meet a salesman who knows his stuff and did a grand job of supporting my daughter through her exceedingly long decision making. So many of the other dealers in York are rubbish, especially the ones selling European cars, I ended up having to go Leeds for my European car to get a good dealer. Pity SG Petch didn't sell the make of car I wanted. I waited months for my car to be made whereas SG Petch had cars in stock ready to go So full marks to Chris and SG Petch.”

“Superb service from Ricky at SG Petch York from the off, including a follow up call two days after the sale. Paperwork all ready and waiting for me when I turned up to part ex my old car…..better price offered than WBAC too!”

“I called into the Kia dealership to discuss my options as I am coming to the end of my current contract. James Chadwick was extremely helpful, very professional and generous with his time and attention. He showed us several different cars and fully explained my options and gave me all the information that I needed. He is a credit to your company and i would be confident dealing with him again .”

“Having an interest in the KIA scrappage scheme, I contacted other KIA dealers in my area, but none had the Picanto, which was the model that I was interested in. I 'phoned S G Petch and spoke to Wayne Denton. He told me that there were three models in stock, and I arranged with him that I would call that afternoon. Wayne welcomed me at the door. He explained in detail all that I needed to know and he accompanied me on a short test drive in the Picanto. Having paid a deposit, I paid the balance a week later when I left my old car, and collected the new one. This is the first ever brand new car that I have purchased, and I am very pleased with the car, and the service that I have had from your company, and particularly from Wayne.”

“BE HAVE BOUGTH A MAZDA FROM SG PETCH IN DARLINGTON. OUR CAR WAS FROM NEW SO EXPECTED A GOOD CAR FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY, NEITHER HAVE TURNED OUT GOOD SO FAR. ALREADY WE HAVE HAD TO CHANGE BREAK PADS AS THEY WERE RUSTY. THE GEAR BOX IS GRINDING AND NOT WANTING TO GO INTO 1ST OR 2ND GEAR ON EVERY JOURNEY AT LEAST ONCE ON EVERY SMALL JOURNEY. IT HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO THE GARAGE TO CHECK THE PROBLEM BUT THEY ARE BRUSHING IT OFF. WE HAVE HAD A SECOND OPINION ON A LOCAL GARAGE WHO HAVE SAID THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE GEAR BOX. WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT GARAGE AGAIN TODAY AND STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK? CANT WAIT TO HEAR THE NEW EXCUSE FOR POOR SERVICE. I WILL BE UPDATING ON HERE EVERY DAY TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW THIS PROBLEM IS RESOLVED”
