“Sold a warranty we didn't want, which they then wouldn't refund. No service history provided despite the vehicle being advertised with a service history. Log book had been lost by a previous owner but we were only informed of this when we chased the service history. No user manual provided either. Car excellent value for money but customer service poor.”

“Very efficient salesman, however I was told the car I was about to buy had only 11,000 miles on the clock, it actually had over 13,000 miles on. Told there would be a full tank of petrol for me but was only quarter full when I drove away & no car mats. These issues I feel just took the edge off things hence the reason for your 4 out of 5 star rating & 6 out of 10 for recommendation to friends etc. NY19 LNU Hyundai Kona Play. Ian Davies”

“Sg Petch County Durham (particularly Roger) was a fabulous experience for my daughter buying her first car. Roger went above and beyond in helping to make this happen and he wasn't a pushy salesman hoping to make a sale he was CARING. Absolutely recommend this garage.”

“I bought a 2020 Kia Ceed , dealing with Ricky Doughty. Ricky was great right from my initial email enquiry all the way through to when I drove away in the new car. He was knowledgeable, never pushy and was a great reflection on the dealership.”

“Looked after from choosing the car to receiving it was completely professional, kept up to date with the whole process. Also the update on when my car was arriving, and the handover was very good. The salesman explained how the car operated and the features and any problems to contact was not a problem. Can't thank the young man enough for his friendly and polite manner will recommend SG Petch to family & friends.”

“After much searching we went back to the Richmond branch to purchase our car. Joseph & Tegan were amazing and put us at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel valued customers. We did go to the darlington branch but were disappointed in the customer service and lack of help there. We would not hesitate to go back to Joseph if we wanted to exchange our car in the future and have recommend the branch to friends.”
