“Recently bought a vehicle from there Durham SEAT branch, sales chap was great, very helpful. Vehicle developed a fault, from moment I contacted sales chap to the service manager contacting me, the service was excellent. It was recovered,repaired and back to me in no time. Fantastic, quick, friendly and professional. Would recommend”

“Initially I was very happy with my purchase of my twelve sorento from our local dealers but since have found that I cannot purchase a tow bar after waiting six weeks. The outlook is presently grim on being able to go on holiday over the next few month and my family is so disappointed. I now wish I had not purchased the vehicle as this is the sole purpose for the said vehicle. I feel let down by Kia and believe they should not have sold me the vehicle knowing that tow bars are not available for some time. Now a very unhappy buyer, Lena Lofthouse”

“We were really disappointed with the poor customer care we received when purchasing a Used Vehicle from SG Petch Nissan Durham. We wouldn’t recommend this particular branch and we won’t be a returning customer. Shame as it seems others have had an excellent experience at other SG Petch branches!”

“Good afternoon. We took delivery, of our Kia Sportage and we live about 300 miles away. This was no problem for SG Petch. We hadn't seen the car, so Chris sent us a video of the car to watch. It is a lovely car and found Chris very helpful dealing and answering any questions we had. ( There were many. ) My only niggle, that I had, is that it would have been nice to have some kind of follow up after we took delivery.”

“Although COVID restrictions were in place we could understand a test drive was impossible. However we were allowed to view the car and the Customer Service was excellent.”
