“Great service throughout the process of purchasing my new car. Never bought a car like this before (due to restrictions) and I was impressed by the level of service and contact. “Just like to say thank you to Ryan Robertson for his help. Not at all like the stereotypical car salesman (or should that be person?) He was very pleasant, courteous and very, very helpful. Not his fault systems went down, but he coped with it with equanimity and good humour. A pleasure to do business with him. Highly recommended.”

“Andy was excellent, sent a video of car and arranged good deal due to us being loyal customers. All transactions carried out with ease. Very satisfied with car and service both on phone and at showroom. To make this a 5, suggest phonecall follow up to see if any queries and check customer satisfaction, particularly as in present circumstances can't test drive or see car before purchase.”

“Changed car at York looked after by Ricky who was pleasant and helpful throughout the buying over the telephone and upon picking up the new vehicle. We received a good deal on our old car and the whole process was carried out professionally. Top marks to all involved especially Ricky who was most knowledgable. Stuart & Christine. Harrogate”

“Great company to deal with from enquiry to delivery. All staff, from reception through to Sales couldn't have been more helpful. We changed brand from a long time VW owners to SEAT (admittedly same Group) but so far we're really impressed. Early days yet, but initial impression s are excellent.”

“I was very happy with the service, the only thing I was disappointed with was that when I collected my car, it had barely any fuel in. I had to drive straight to a petrol station as it wouldn’t have got me home. You would think with buying a new car you’d get at least half a tank of fuel. But other than that the service was great.”

“SG Petch were very efficient and helpful especially during such a difficult time due to Covid. I was kept in the loop and received regular updates about my car. My purchase was processed quickly and I had my car within 10 days and ready for my 21st Birthday as promised.”
