“We dealt with Lewis and Dave when purchasing our new car and it couldn’t have been easier. Lewis was a great help from start to finish. From initially walking in and straight away offering advice. Very knowledgable when it came to the cars to explaining things very well. Test drives were easy to organise and not once did we feel pressured. The dedicated personalised service has been outstanding, would highly recommend SG Petch Durham to anyone looking for a new/used car.”

“Lewis Baird dealt with us during our car purchase. We found the car online, we live in London. Durham is a long way to go on spec, so Lewis made a video of the car to show us around and see whether it was for us or not. We didn't ask but he knew what would help us. On realizing the car was what we were looking for Lewis arranged everything, accessories, car tax and picked us up from the station (we made a day out to pick it up) Can't over emphasize how easy it was made for us. He was knowledgeable of the specification and the mark.”

“A few years ago I bought a Kia C'eed; at the fine age of 38 it was the most expensive car I've ever bought. Okay it's not an Audi, but it was a big deal for me and my career had just taken a leap forward and I needed a better car for my young family. Martin Phillips at Petch in York really looked after me, I'm not a petrol head and don't know all the ins and outs, but he made the process simple and he wasn't like a sales person at all. Which is why, now at 43 I returned to buy a Kia Sportage from Martin and have consulted him at different times over the last few years. Martin made the process simple for my wife and I and found us a car at the right price and met our needs. I can't recommend Martin enough. Thank you so much Martin, you are a legend!”

“All the staff were very helpful and friendly they made us feel at ease and were very approachable . Steve Dixon the young salesman who dealt with us was very informative and helped us through the process with polite understanding and patience. “Alan our salesman was brilliant and very knowledgable and helpful. He made the whole experience Wales and pleasant. The man who handled the handover of our old car with the new one was not he just seemed to want to get it over with like it was a waste of his time he also didn’t explain things and told me I didn’t need to read the papers that I was signing like I was taking too long. We went back the week after because we were having a few teething problems, and Alan was back and was so helpful and patient. He explained things to me and put my mind at ease”
