“We had been looking for a car for some time. Needed something that ticked all the boxes. We eventually came up with the Tuscon but couldn't find the one with the right spec. Our trawl of the internet eventually found a car...….in Durham. We live in London. We knew it could turn into something difficult, even bad as we couldn't see the car before we committed to buy it. The personnel at SG Petch videoed the car and answered our questions which made the reservations disappear. We bought the car and couldn't be happier. Took the day for a train ride and a "long" drive home.”

“Bought our Hyundai from Simon at Darlington. Really friendly service from start to finish. He never pushed any extras and there was no hassling or pressure to buy the car. Super fast turnaround on the car too. Within a week of going in to have a look, we’d bought and collected it. Thanks Simon!”

“We had no hesitation in returning to SG Petch Durham for our new car. The no pressure sales staff were a pleasure to deal with, friendly, and professional and we received a clear, simple financial statement for the purchase. The handover was smooth, friendly and efficient with a comprehensive demonstration of the new vehicle controls. The after sales service is second to none. Having dealt with Mr Stephen Petch directly it is obvious this family business is driven in a fair and honest manner directly from the top. We are absolutely delighted with our Mazda 2”

“It's my second car i have purchased from Lewis Baird. My first wasn't from SG Petch, however the treatment i received from Lewis and Dave the Business Manager was outstanding. The Information was crisp and clear. and look forward to buying from Lewis again in 3 years time. I totally recommend this company and of course Lewis. Thank you.”

“I found Ross and Paul the nicest guys. Nothing was to much trouble for them. There was no pushing to get a sale they made sure the car was the right one for me. They are the best staff I have ever met and if needed I would go straight back to them.”
