“Pre-sales was great. Good test drive and plenty of knowledge. Hand over was a little disappointing. Car was not ready, nothing highlighted on purchase had been done, and basic collection checks appear to have been missed. Car is great, but still have issues with no resolution in sight. I keep being told opposite things by the car manufacturer and SG Petch.”

“Managed to get us a new car very quickly after issues with another car. As soon as we had taken the car from them they didn't seem to be bothered afterwards! We contacted them multiple times and left messages for someone to call us back - nothing! We had been misinformed by the sales person about some of the aspects of the purchase which was disappointing after they had been so helpful before the collection.”

“We bought a Mazda 2 from Gareth the SG Petch salesman. This is the third Mazda that we have bought from Gareth . We go back to SG Petch and to Gareth because we always receive excellent pre-sale and post sale service . We never get the embellishment and mendacious hard-sell techniques that we've seen at other car sales operations - just honest, objective truthful information . An excellent experience”

“love the car and aaron the salesman was excellent,2 little things though we were charged for £20 worth of fuel and it was empty, also im actually a garage owner and paintsprayer im a little unsure if the paintwork was treat as also charged but overall very happy”

“The service I received from SG Petch was very good. The handover went very smoothly and everything was signed, sealed and delivered in no time at all. We were given an overview of the gadgets and gizmos within the car by Ashton who was very friendly and made us feel at ease. The modern technology in the i10 is amazing. Thank you.”

“When I went Was not sure what car I would like and with SG Petch Darlington having 5 dealerships on one site they spent their time in showing me around different models and different options and to be honest I was spoilt for choice in the end I went for a Hyundai Kona N line 65kw EV and I would class myself a Petrol head but was totally WOWED bye the drive and spec never mind the unbelievable amount of power and comfort I have only got in my BMW and Jaguar cars before. Then let's talk delivery time 6 days brilliant and that brings me on to the salesman who was awesome couldn't do enough for you I have never had service like that before and I changed my car every 3 years for the past 18 years. Thank you very much”
