“Bought a used car from SG Petch a month ago and dealt with Craig Brown. He was very obliging and efficient throughout. The car was taxed and MOT'd and (as far as I can currently tell) was delivered in sound condition. More than happy with the service and dealership as a whole seems customer oriented.”

“The vehicle was described on Autotrader as having built in Satnav. It did not have it. After further negotiation, I bought the car. Later noticed that the 1st service had been carried out 3 months late, potentially affecting the manufacturers warranty. I was later provided with a letter resolving the issue. Both these issues should have been picked up before the sale. Poor attention to detail. On the plus side the salesman Peter Bonnard was pleasant and helpful.”
