“We have purchased a number of new Hyundai vehicles from SG Petch at Darlington over quite a few years and the fact that we have returned to them again and again testifies to our satisfaction as to how we are treated by them. Over the years of using SG Petch at Hyundai Darlington we have dealt with the same salesperson, that being Steve Kennedy. We have found him to be knowledgeable , trustworthy and fair in negotiation. Steve has always been a friendly and helpful person to deal with, making you feel that the transaction is tailored to your personal requirements and situation. We have never been pressurised into thinking that we need a more expensive vehicle or unnecessary additional options fitted to our purchase. After purchase service has been very good and all the staff we have dealt with at S G Petch have left us feeling satisfied that any work carried out has been performed efficiently and has been generally good vale for money. SG Petch Hyundai at Darlington make their customers feel confident that they are there to help should they be needed.”

“This is the second time I have bought a car from the Richmond branch, and as far as customer service goes, I really cant fault the staff. I had absolutely no intention of buying a new car, but because I was offered a very good deal on my 2 year old vehicle, after an hour and a coffee I walked out with a brand new Kia Stonic. That says a lot for the persuasiveness of Oliver and Les, or a lot about the fact that I may be a push-over!!! I am delighted with my car, the back-up is good, the reception staff lovely, friendly and helpful, and the few dealings with the Service section that I have had consolidates the fact that as a Customer, you are valued, looked after, and you know that if you do have any problems, they will be dealt with efficiently and quickly. The only fault Oliver, where was the bouquet of flowers for my Sister?!!!!!!! You will not get another sale if that is missing next time!!”

“Provided an excellent bespoke service that put the customer first. Purchased 2 cars from the Mazda garage and both have been excellent, the sales aren’t pushy but are very friendly and accommodating, big shout out to Darren (Daz) who has been a real credit from start to finish, Thank you”

“I was very pleased with the service I received the sales person Sophie was very good at informing me of what I could afford to buy, she took me on a test drive in a hyhundi i20 se, she was able to help me decide if I could afford a second hand car or a new one. She didn’t pressure me at any time and gave me time to go home and work out what I could afford. I totally appreciated this and I was able to work out that I could afford a new car which I am extremely pleased with”

“This purchase of this new vehicle was the third from the Darlington dealership.I have returned to S G Perch because of the professional manner in which the sales team operate.They are informative,friendly ,not pushy like other dealerships who have attempted to sell me a vehicle.This recent purchase was through the salesman in the Mazda section,namely Ryan.Whilst he is obviously young in age,he still gives a level of service that I would expect and delivered fully on his promises.”

“Good test drive arrangements to suit me, sensible price negotiations without the irritating and timewasting tactics that some dealers use. Decent price -could have improved on through a discounter but close enough that I was happy to go with the local outlet. Kept up to date with delivery times and good handover”
