“Overall experience was good, however the car/model didn't have all of the features of previous car. Oversite on my side but it could have been pointed out during the sale. We would probably have gone with the top spec model and paid more.”

“Durham Seat just bought my 3rd car from them Rebecca was very good only took my car for service resulted in me ordering a new one bit of a wait before I get it but worth the wait one thing I noticed not very keen on giving add ons free as my car is top off the range spec I thought they would have given me diamond bright thrown in they did on the last one”

“This is about the 9th car I’ve bought from S G Petch. It was a little stressful this time as the salesman I normally deal with had retired. The new salesman I was dealing with then left. So another salesman took over and managed to sort a car out for me. All good in the end”

“We recently bought a Hyundai Kona EV from SG Petch and were delighted by the service they provided. It was easy to arrange a test drive, the showroom is modern, clean bright and welcoming with excellent customer service facilities. A warm welcome awaited us and the sales person (Mark Hodgson) was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We received a fair price for our trade-in against the new car which we were so impressed by the car, we bought it immediately. Thank you for making the car-buying process pain-free.”
