“The salesperson was very friendly not in the slightest bit pushy when we first entered the showroom. They gave us the space and time we needed to have a look at a car in the showroom and only when we had any questions did they appear. They were quick to offer a test drive that day and made sure we were comfortable with the drive and explained the features of the car very well. We were so impressed with the level of service and of course the car itself we ordered the vehicle on our first visit to the showroom. When it came to the process of collecting our vehicle it was again a very smooth process with the salesperson going through all of the features of the vehicle whilst in the showroom and making sure we had no further questions before guiding us out into the carpark for us to be able to drive the vehicle home. Once again thanks to the excellent service given by the salesperson the whole process was very relaxed and made for an enjoyable experience overall.”

“My whole experience has been excellent. Imy has been helpful and professional from the moment I stepped into the SG Petch showroom, through getting a test drive and agreeing the purchase, to taking delivery and driving away my new hybrid Kia Sportage - and dealing with a couple of post-sale queries about the car! He kept me up to date throughout, and helped deal with the final Finance application when there were issues with the new online Identity system.”

“Service was excellent throughout from purchase to collection of car. The sales person, Connor was extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. At handover, He took time to talk us through the different functions of the car and showed us how to set up the Hyundai link to a mobile. He was able to answer questions and made us feel very valued as customers. It was a very positive experience thank you.”
