“I ordered a Joma bracelet and received it very timeously. However I was not happy with the bracelet and emailed customer service. A very nice man called Martin emailed me back very quickly and was extremely helpful. I have returned the bracelet and am awaiting contact regarding a replacement once you receive my return.”
