We're gifts but sent without the correct gift boxes. Perhaps a email to say they had run out and I would have cancelled order.

!!! A V O I D !!! This is the worse online shopping experience ever! Shocking level of communication. First, no order confirmation email and no reply to numerus emails I've sent. After almost 3 weeks waiting the item has been finally delivered but due to the wrong size been order I have to return the ring back. I've posted item on 10/01, according to tracking details item was delivered on 14/01. And again, no communication... Finally, on the 28/01 I've received an email saying you got my item back and will get back to me within one working day. It is 02/02, no communication (again), no refund, nothing... I've tried to ring you 7 times today and one on, absolutely no on answer phone... I've just spot a note in here on the Merchant Metrics bit "Queries Resolved In - Under An Hour" you must be joking! Sorry to say that but I won't be ordering from this shop again... P.S. I have order exactly the same ring from Ti Sento shop in Netherlands and its been delivered within 5 working days!

Waited for an order from 25th October, knew there was approx four week delay but excepted it. Had broken promises of when I’d receive it, after ignored email I cancelled my order

I was offered a 10 % discount and it never applied to my costs I e mailed and I was basically called liar even tho I sent images of the letter with the discount code on it

Hello Nicki, I'm very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the service you have received. I have looked into your order and can see that you have received 30% discount on the products you purchased with us. I also have read through an email sent to me on the 26th November that read: "I can get to checkout" to which a reply was sent saying "Hi Nicki, How can I help? I need a little more information please 😊 - unfortunately I am unable to see any further correspondence, however if you wish to email in again with the issue you wish to resolve I will be happy to help. I have now waited 10 days and still have not received my order, Shades of Time advertise all orders will be dispatched sometimes next day definitely 3 - 5 days, 10 days is a little longer to wait so my daughter will have to wait a bit longer for her birthday 😟 present, anyone reading this give this company at least 2 weeks for delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Hello Marina, I'm very sorry to see you are disappointed with our service. Your tracking number is automatically sent to you in a dispatch email, to the email address we have been provided at the time of checkout. I can confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched by us on the 13th October to the address provided in America, please note that deliveries outside of the UK will take longer to reach our customers. With your email arriving at 11pm and our opening times 9-5pm unfortunately we were unable to respond immediately but will always keep within our 24 hour promise. Arrived 2 days after the next day even though I paid for next day delivery. Contacted the company and was basically told 'tough'. Very poor customer service. Will not order again.

Hello Leah, Thank you for shopping with Shades Of Time. With your order placed on the 10th February with a standard US delivery this is advised to take 7-14 working days to arrive. Your postage was upgraded by us before sending to a trackable service, I have looked into this and this is showing to have arrived in America yesterday, so I expect this will be out for delivery shortly. Please check you spam mail for your dispatch email, this can sometimes fall into here unfortunately. I can see that your order has been placed on a standard Royal Mail delivery which typically take 3 working days to arrive, with this due on the 24th December. I have looked into your order and this is showing to have dispatched on the day of ordering for shipping and onward delivery to the provided address. With your order being placed on a standard delivery this was due to arrive with you on the 18th however I am currently aware that Royal Mail are experiencing a higher volume of delays delays at this busy period due to a shortage of staff with many postal workers having to isolate and a higher volume of parcels this year, I have also been informed that they have extended their postal hours to 9pm to try to keep delays to a minimum and to have parcels with customers in the time frames advised. Please be assured that your parcel is with Royal Mail and on it's way to you. Item not arrived and they just keep blaming Royal Mail and Covid restrictions even tho other packages are arriving on time via Royal Mail. Ordered item 7th December for a secret Santa present which has now been and gone and another gift had to be purchase. Email response time from company is good and have been offered a refund when I return the item but this is impossible as I have not received the items. I keep emailing for an update but am just told the same it’s with Royal Mail and is delayed due to restrictions but will hopefully be with me today. It’s now a further 5 days on and not arrived. Should have arrived 11th December, now the 20th and still not here
