Very poor customer service I ordered diamond bracelet for my sisters birthday. But recived in a plastic bag other than proper pakaging. Didn’t have any warranty or diamond carrat letter.

I’m sorry to say but the item didn’t look like in the picture, it was tiny and the necklace looked cheap, very fragile, with an extension on one side to make it longer. The item also arrived a week late and wasn’t in time to give as a present, and also the gift card was missing. I had to contact the store and they said the item was actually out of stock but would it had arrived and they would send it out. Sorry to have to say that I was very disappointed. 😔

Hello Jo, I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing a delay with your order, I have looked into your order placed and this is showing to have left us on the 27th November for shipping and onward delivery. Usually a standard Royal Mail delivery would take up to 3 working days to arrive with our customers. Unfortunately at the moment we are aware of a delay with a small amount of parcels due to restrictions in certain areas and many postal workers having to isolate, however please be assured that your parcel is in transit and Royal Mail have extended their delivery hours to the late evening to try to keep deliveries within the expected arrival dates. Pretty set but poor quality-earring post is so thin it bent as soon as I tried to put the butterfly back on it

Unfortunately, I have not yet received the product about which I can write something. I think the customer service is good, especially Katie, with whom I correspond about my product. That's the only reason I put two stars.If not for Katie, I put one.I still do not know about the delivery, since there is no complete information week after dispatch. Here's my experience with your Shades Of Time.

The bracelet I ordered came in flimsy packaging that had no protection whatsoever. The actual bracelet was fine, but the gift bag it came in had been bent and crushed and the cardboard the bracelet was on was bent. Really awful looking gift, you would think they would package their items up properly.

Bag I ordered looked cheap and tacky and not worth the money I paid for it. The lining was thin and would not of lasted long at all. Had to return, return process was easy and got refunded.

I Was due to receive a parcel in time for Christmas. I did place the order quiet late I think it was the 21st or 22nd of December. But your delivery schedule stated that if I used the next. Day service my parcel will arrive on the 23rd December. I used this service trusting it would be here on the day stated but did think it may come on the 24th due to delivery company's being over run at this time of year. But non the less I expected it before Christmas because I was informed it would be here in time. It was not. I could of visited a store to purchase what I purchased, but trusted in shades of time. Big mistake. Lucky my other half is understanding and also had other gifts to open.

Bag was out of stock for a couple of weeks after I ordered but I was emailed and asked did I want to wait or get a refund. This was fine and then 2 weeks later the bags did come. I returned part of my order and was told I would be reimbursed the postage costs if sent proof of postage which I still haven't had 3 months on.

Email response was slow, never got a confirmation email, nor a dispatch email. One of my items wasn't in stock so I had to wait over a week before anything was said about the order. I tired calling numbers on the website with no luck. Emails was my only option. Wouldn't use website again.
