Order placed on 18th November didn't hear anything at all from yourselves even after phoning and leaving messages ghat no-one replied to. Order arrived weeks later, completely unannounced. Glad it arrived bug not impressed with customer service.

I have ordered from shades of time before and had a good experience with them but this time I was disappointed as the earrings I ordered one did not shut tight so I have sent them back. I was dissapointed as I have the whole set necklace ,bracelet etc

Gave 3 stars due to flimsy packaging. Delivery was very good, however packaging not sturdy enough to protect the cracker, damage to one side, decided to keep as jewellery item was undamaged and just stuck a bit of sellotape to repair damage. Only improvement suggested is to use more sturdy packaging for item to be prestige during transit.

Hello Sahida, Thank you for ordering with Shades Of Time. Your order is showing to have been dispatched by us on the 27th November for shipping and onward delivery to you. With your order being upgraded to a Signed for delivery which typically takes 3 working days to arrive this was due to be delivered on the 2nd December, however I can see that this actually arrived on the 5th. I'm very sorry for the delay you had received with your order, I am aware that Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays due to the current situation, a higher volume of online ordering and travel restrictions. However they have informed us that they have extended their delivery hours to be delivering until the late evenings to try to catch up. One of the things I love about your products is how well they are presented. The wrapping is usually lovely but this time the scarf I purchased looked stuffed in a slightly battered looking gift bag. No tissue wrapping. Nice product but can't use the gift bag.

Ordered gloves as a gift for my aunt's 80th bday. Delivery was supposed to be within 3 working days, they took 9 working days days to arrive. I sent an email and got no reply, had to call up on 2 occasions to find out where my order was. The gloves are lovely but delivery wasn't the best.

I ordered bracelets for my Daughter for her birthday and they did not arrive until 2 weeks after. When they arrived she was really pleased with them but I was disappointed that I couldn’t have given them to her on her Birthday.
