DO NOT USE NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PAY £5 - they are reliant on RM for delivery and with CV it's likely it wont happen! Their website is not advertising this factor unless you go onto their "delivery" section at the bottom of their website and then it is not written with clarity!! May as well have used 1-3days FREE delivery!

Paid for next day delivery items didn’t arrive! Rang several times no answer difficult to contact upon finally doing so I was told the item was sent then told it was still there with there post service very misleading and I actually think they had no clue where my items were but said I would still receive my items before Christmas as that’s what next day delivery was they said they’d had a few that day asking where items were. I do appreciate it was a busy time of year and they can not control companies or services out of their control so in my opinion if this does not work for them or the customer they should not be offering a service they can not provide. Also they need to improve on customer service skills not only was I given false information no other compensation was offered for my trouble and to be honest I felt they were not the slight bit interested either. Would definitely not use again or recommend to others. And then to top it off My items arrived on Friday 27th December which were no longer needed as I had to buy an alternative before Christmas. Yes no doubt you’ll offer me to return them but I’d rather not have any more inconvenience caused!!!

Avoid this company, ordered 2 bracelets as Christmas presents & they never turned up! I did in the end get my money back after several emails but would never use this company again. I’ll stick with ordering straight from the joma website as we know it’s a legitimate company.

Terrible customer service. Still haven't received my order and when I phone they are not interested. Blaming Royal Mail and say its up to me to try and find where my orders gone. Got my money and couldn't careless. Do not use this website.

I had a problem with my delivery & the customer service team ignored my emails; they never answer the phones either. This is such poor customer service; my parcel didn’t arrive and they blamed me for this rather than holding themselves accountable.

I ordered a Katie loxton bag which I have purchased a number of before as gifts from various websites and they have always come with a Katie loxton gift bag, when my order arrived it didn’t come with the gift bag, I emailed and left 3 or 4 voicemail messages and nobody ever came back to me. Poor customer service, gift bag aside.

Just a couple of weeks after buying a necklace from here the clasp on it completely gave out. Like the spring has come out of it and everything. Replaced chain with a different one I found on ebay, but I was surprised at how poor quality it was. The pendant is nice though, a shame really.

Delivery was longer than advised and despite emailing and trying to phone company to ascertain when item would be received, got no response. You can keep your 10% discount for writing the review as I wouldn’t use your company again.

Slow service, no Confirmation of delivery. 6 days since I ordered my gifts for Bridesmaids and they haven't been dispatched. Haven't answered emails or calls.

Ordered a ring, emails either phone are not answered, it just says order allocated, I have seen some people had the sane problem, have you finally received the order? If not, have you been able to claim the money back? Very disappointed. I contacted ti sentí milano and they told me shades of time Is an Uk distribuidor however I’m not sure the order will be shipped, not sure what to do, tia

Not very happy, ordered on 2nd September and finally on 26th had a card from Post office, adding insult to injury, we have to pay a customs charge of £14.30 to get our delivery!!!!!!!!! Did not say anywhere on your site that we would have to pay a customs charge!!!!!!!!! Free delivery I think not!!!!!

Very disappointed!!!! ordered a ring for a special occasion on 2nd September 2017, delivery said 7 to 10 days so was sure it would come in time. Still waiting 20th September!!!!! They said it must have got lost but cant even find a tracking no to try and find the parcel order just says allocated but not sent!!!!
