“Ordered an item for next day delivery and the item didn't arrive on time. The item was a gift for a friends birthday, so was very disappointed with this service, as they didn't provide the service I had paid for. When asking if I could have a refund for the delivery service I had paid for, the company refused. So I paid for a next day delivery service which was not provided and could of had the item delivered in the same time frame for free.”
