“Arrived quickly despite the Xmas delays. Prices are great with a huge selection. Only downside was there was no tissue paper included with the joma bracelet I ordered like there would have been direct from joma.”

I have looked into your order and this is showing to have been attempted for delivery on the 24th December early morning, this was taken to your local depot as there seems to have been no answer at the address. With your order placed on the evening of the 20th December this was then dispatched by us on the 21st. I can see that your order has been placed on a standard Royal Mail delivery which typically take 3 working days to arrive, with this due on the 24th December. Unfortunately I expect your order has become delayed due to the christmas holidays.
