“Terrible company and terrible customer service. My driver didn't arrive and didn't even answer his phone when I was trying to reach him. I spent 1.5h on the live chat 'talking' to one of the customer advisors who seemed to not care at all. I was waiting between 10 and 20 minutes for every single reply from them. I have been offered rescheduling my booking - when I asked if they can assure me that this time the driver will arrive, I have been informed that they "cannot assure that"... In result, I requested a refund however it turned out that the booking fee is non-refundable so eventually (even though it was clearly their mistake) I lost money anyway. Not recommended!!”

“I think these are fraudsters.I want my money back .Was charged 436 pounds to move my sofas from Ipswich to Selby.There was no van assigned.After waiting for three hours ,I cancelled the van.I was promised to get my refund in The same day.Its five days now.Every time I follow up online,I am told someone will be intouch soon but no one gets in touch.I am reporting this company to Consumer council.This is not right”
“Bought a chest of drawers from IKEA. Paid for the delivery.
On the day of delivery I was contacted by (? driver) who stated that my purchase was damaged and whether I still wanted it in its damaged state. I refused and have been trying to get a refund since 6 July.
I was eventually refunded for delivery because the chest of drawers weren't delivered. I am still awaiting either a replacement chest of drawers or a refund.
Shift do not respond to emails and rarely answer their phone. I have had to resort to going back to their delivery desk in IKEA. Even thought I'm reassured somebody will contact me re my request, I am still waiting. Well, Shift owes me and I'm determined to get this resolved.”

One week later they phoned to say they did not have any drivers in my area despite taking my money and re-scheduling twice ..first booking was cancelled at 6pm saying that the driver was held up and unable to get to me in time..
I am highly suspicious that this is not a real company and would advise anyone to find a professional company.
They claim to have "hundreds of drivers in your area" - that is utter rubbish and quite simply untrue..AVOID AT ALL COST”
“It was very simple job as it was to move a sofa only 2 miles. Driver was finally allocated after a couple of days later of booking. Never got through to him even on the day trying to figure out what time he was coming in the 2hours window I paid extra for.
Never turned up. No contact back from customer team either (currently after 3days of the move supposed to happen). Payment was taken immediately on the booking.
This is not a professional manner. Unacceptable.”

Had to arrange for a more reputable company to move furniture. No way of contacting them on day just a silly Bot. Feel ripped off! Do not use these crooks!”
