Worse company ever !!!!!! They don’t answer there phone ! They don’t answer there emails! They don’t deliver your goods Avoid avoid avoid never ever ever again will I use them

I was given an option to get the item delivered instead of collecting it. I chose that option and paid £25 fee. Haven't received the delivery yet it's been two days. No support line available. Is this a fraud service

No contact and no delivery. Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely zero reply on email and no answer to their ‘help’ line. Only ends up ringing through to a voicemail that never gets followed up. Live chat does not work either. Zero way to get in touch with any customer service person whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle and avoid, avoid, avoid.

horrendous. first they tell me that the van has broken down, strangely enough on the 24 hour delivery time. The next day, called Ikea and they were guaranteed delivery on that day. 10 pm, comes no delivery. Bearing in mind that I am disabled and now have no settee due to the delay. Day 3, still no contact from Shift, called their helpline, which is NOT a help line, it is just a serious of press this number, to only be told to log on to their system and contact directly. Which of course I then tried, NOTHING. They are a disgrace, Ikea should remove their contract. I spoke to the store manager, customer services at Ikea and no one can help? Law unto themselves this lot. I am now waiting in the hope that I might actually be contacted by them OR even better an Apology and my delivery!!! SHOCKING COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM.

Shocking service and promised a resolution from management who then chose to ignore after evidence was provided. I will now not use IKEA again all because of Shift.

I have ordered through Ikea for a collection order. 24 hours prior the delivery I have been offered to upgrade to home delivery for £25 extra which I have accepted and paid for. For over 10 hours the system been pending on assigning a “shifter” si I have tried to use the site to contact Shift cancelling the home delivery so I can still collect my item direct. The chat option is automated and can’t contact anyone there, completing the form they advise someone would reach out to you shortly but it doesn’t happen. I had to end up cancelling my whole order through IKEA and reorder to home delivery which gave me a week’s delay.

I have had 3 conversations now on the phone....when I could actually finally get through to customer service, and on all occasions I was assured that my somehow-lost-in-delivery wardrobe issue would be resolved. From the previous 2 calls they would 'get to the bottom of it' and let me know by calling or emailing me the next day. On neither occasion has that happened, and after 3 weeks and counting I'm still at a loss as to what happened to my purchase, and it seems so are they! £110 down the drain I guess as IKEA themselves are not responsible at this stage, so the responsibility falls on shift, they have the delivery.... apparently. So I'm basically stuck and have to wait on them and their total lack of reliability and urgency. I will be absolutely sure not to use them again. Incredibly disappointing, time-consuming and costly!!

Was offered same day delivery, never showed up. Paid £25!for delivery instead of picking up from locker myself, items are now arriving much later and we can’t leave the house…. Driver refuse to answer the phone.

They called me to at 7pm to say delivery will be late it will definitely still arrive. Couldn't even give an estimated time. 12 midnight passed with no delivery or update. and three days later delivery is o where to be seen and no contact has been made. absolutely atrocious!

Again if i could give no stars i would. Was supposed to receive my ikea order from shift last friday - it is now wednesday and still no goods. No contact or replies from customer service - thankfully ikea have been amazing - never again!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shift claims to offer a delivery service but they fail on every level to do what they promise. I had to deal with Shift home delivery services as my order from IKEA order was too large to fit in the locker and so was offered the Shift delivery service. BIG MISTAKE. Shift confirmed a delivery date and time, which came and went without my order arriving. No notifications, no updates online, and no answer from customer service OR the driver after repeated calls and attempts to get in contact. My order (worth hundreds of pounds) was MIA for over 24 hours with no updates. When I eventually got hold of customer service the following day and they said to me that the order was picked up by the driver the night before, but they also could not get in touch with him! So they had lost my order and the driver was missing too! Great! Customer service was clueless, they never followed up, I had to call countless times and it was pure luck if they even picked up. When they eventually located my items (and their driver!) a day later, I was promised another delivery slot and time - which, you guessed it, they missed and did not deliver my items! Eventually I had to go back to IKEA to fully cancel the order and get a refund, as my goods never arrived thanks to Shift! Who know what happened to them! My advice: Avoid this company at all costs!
