Will take your money, confirm the booking and then no one shows up! No explanation just that the driver came and there was no answer! I had left the front door wide open for over 3 hours and theres a drive at the property, no , the driver DIDN’T TURN UP !! YOU MAKING CUSTOMERS LOOK LIKE LIARS!! To be honest, I’m not surprised no one turned up, reading the reviews about them not paying their drivers, they would be stupid turning up !!!

They’ve been telling their contractors they been having banking issues for the past 3 Months!!! No you tits, YOU GOT NO MONEY LEFT BECAUSE YOU NOT GOT A CLUE ON HOW TO RUN PROPER PARCEL COMPANIES!! They tried with tuffnells and absolutely flopped!!

I booked furniture move for 5 items within my building. The driver was supposed to arrive between 4pm and 8pm. At about 4.10pm the Shift booking system suggested that the driver had arrived, but no one called, rang or appeared at reception for the move. I tried to contact the driver numerous times through Shift's contact system but couldn't get through. Waited for hours and hours.. no one. The next day I requested a refund and they told me they can't refund me because the driver had arrived, and sent me a picture of the building front door. The job was marked as complete though no one ever showed up! And they would refuse to refund me based on a driver actually taking a picture of my front door. Where's the evidence that the job was complete? Where's the evidence that anyone made any attempt to enter the building or reach me? COMPLETE SHAMELESS SCAM. This company needs to be investigated and shut down and I am sure to report it to the authorities.”
“InExpirience helpers used. pricing wasn't in accordance to what was discussed with myself. the subcontractor used, had totally different pricing than what was projected. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE from begging to end. Items lost / broken, the worst in both moving co. and movers.”

To collect our IKEA returns as scheduled with ikea. Twice I have been informed by Ikea that they may have run out of time, space or electric if an electric vehicle. No communication. Two wasted days and not any communication at all. Plus we still have the unwanted furniture.”

Firstly, their delivery drivers are not the named driver on your 'track my booking'. When i phoned my driver, it linked to a woman who was clearly contracting out the work. Leaving my helpless as to know what do when my driver ran over 3 hours late.
This is just the start of it though. When the driver finally arrived, he intimidated my pregnant partner into directly bank transferring him money directly because he wasnt satisfied with how much shift were paying him for the job. If we didn't he was going to 'move our item back out onto the street'.
I have tried to resolve this with customer service but with no assurances about being reimbursed for the money my partner was intimidated, or any intentions to investigate the driver in question.
Oh and, the product arrived damaged.”

They promised a free delivery, but instead, they returned the items to IKEA, leaving me with no delivery. I strongly advise against using this service; it's better to either collect from the store or pay for delivery.”

“I booked a removal of a single item inside the city and it was automatically confirmed and charged for almost £70. The delivery man didn't turn up on the date, no notice was given, and they're now asking for a substantial fee for cancelling the service, if I apply for a refund.
Sounds a bit like a proper scam.

“Short summary: If you use this company and the mover damages your property you will receive no compensation and the blame will be on YOU, the customer. I have booked a driver with van from this company to move some of my belongings including a piece of furniture. The driver was really late, but I can understand that. On arrival my furniture piece was severely damaged. I told them about it and how inacceptable it is for a moving company to destroy furniture items. What they did is try to blame ME in all sorts of rude and immaginative way. They told quite rudely me there is no proof that they damaged the item during the transport and that maybe I had damaged it before the transfer. Makes total sense, right?? You pay for a moving company to move your furniture, they destoy it and then the fault is yours. They told me to send them an email with a receipt of the furniture item to get a refund. I did and they told me again that the item might have been already damaged prior to transport so they were not going to refund me. I then send them photographic evidence taken the same day prior to the move showing the item in perfect conditions. Since they finished the available excuses the only thing they could do was ghosting me. I sent follow-up emails but they stopped replying. I didn't receive any refunds or apologies from them. I contacted the company's customer service as well who very helpfully simply told me to solve the issue with the driver. I told them the driver was not being collaborative and just kept blaming me for the damage so they told me to contact the police instead (!!). Extremely unprofessional company!!! I would highly suggest anyone not to book transports or movings with them if you don't want any issues or damages.”
