“Can't complain really, good communication from company, still waiting for part of order due to damage in transit. However the company quick to follow up. Good delivery time and items were as described, good prices too which always help. Looking forward to getting final part though. Mik”

“Ordered a stainless steel sink from Ship It having checked immediately beforehand that it was available. Later I got a call to to say that it was unavailable and my order was cancelled. Subsequently had another phone call to say that it was indeed available and I was able to reorder. I then received the delivery very promptly, which was what I was hoping for. The sink came well packaged. I am not very impressed with the actual construction and design of the sink, having previously used premium brands but I think that it is acceptable for the price The steel thickness was supposed to be 1.2mm and although I have no way of measuring it, it doesn't feel to be as rigid as I hoped.. It arrived with an overflow and waste kit which wasn't clear from the website description. I paid about ten per cent more to buy from Ship It as they indicated quick delivery.”
