“The cooker hood was damaged on delivery which, of course, was a disappointment. However, after speaking to your helpful customer services about the damage, they immediately sent a replacement. Well done!”

“Bought a CDA extractor hood to replace ours which had stopped working. Rang CDA first to enquire as to equivalent model. Did a web search and Ship It Appliances came up cheapest and with free delivery too. Ordered Monday lunchtime was given an 11-4 time slot and it arrived next day just before 4. Wasn't an exact replacement to our old model so we had to make some adjustments. But great service, very competative prices with speedy and free delivery. Would try this company again in future.”
