“Just had our oven repaired under warranty from our first phone call to the arranging an engineer to come and repair it with the minimum of fuss. Excellent service would recommend ship it appliances to anyone”

“We ordered a Belfast sink in the morning. The competitive price included delivery charges. Later that day we were informed it would be delivered the next day. The next email said it would be between 9.15 & 11.15am & gave us the driver's name. He duly arrived within the allotted time, was courteous & took a photo to show he had delivered it in one piece. No one could have been more efficient than that. From other firms, we have had appliances delivered damaged & with parts missing. It was a pleasure dealing with Ship It Appliances & we will recommend it to anyone. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“searched hard in curry and argos and search engines for a microwave that had a stainless steel inner box. no joy. even phoned curry pc world. crap service from pc world. ship it appliances. excellent. had just what I wanted. even came with a surround for built in that I didn't need. but I am very happy with my purchase”

“I was looking to purchase a cooker hood but wasnt sure which kit i would need to use with it. I sent an email quite late in the evening and received a reply within half an hour advising which kit i would require along with a link to show me the exact ones. I ordered my items after 12 midday the next day and they arrived at 7.30am the following morning- fab delivery service! Upon opening my parcel i found the cooker hood bulb to be broken, i emailed Dan in sales who answered my first email question and he sorted a replacement bulb to be sent out free of charge which arrived exactly when he said it would. GREAT customer service, would highly recommend.”
