“I tried to change the sink wich I brought(60£)to a granite one (worth 150£) but I find out that I have to pay for the return sink wich is at lest 15£..i thought that I'm gonna return it free of charge since I'm gonna buy another sink wich is more expensive than the first one..not very happy with the outcome..I would never buy from this company again!!”

“Bought a sink, it was broken but this was replaced free of charge a week later. Slight delay in response but I understand this was due to staff changes. Staff were helpful and friendly.”
