“Initially the delivery date was too quick and no one would have been home to accept the delivery. Sent an email requesting later delivery and got an immediate response. That is rare these days and the team were really helpful. Item arrived as requested in good condition. Very pleased, thank you.”

“Although the sink was of good quality the waste etc was useless we had the plumber back every day for a week and in the end we had to purchase new fitting of better quality .this was at extra cost to us and great expense for the plumber”

“Outstanding customer service. I spoke on the telephone re choices of sink and was given professional and helpful advice. The product I originally selected was out of stock but I received an e mail when it became available. However, I had chosen an alternative which arrived swiftly, well packed and in pristine condition. Outstanding all round.”
