“I had emailed Ship It Appliances to ensure that my delivery would not arrive on one day of the week specifically as there would be no-one at home. They assured me that it would arrive the following day, which it didn't. It arrived on the day I specifically requested that it did not. The delivery was left outside my garage door, in full view to anyone walking past with no signature taken. I had a note saying the delivery driver had obtained a signature from next door. They were also out and had not signed for my delivery. Luckily it was not raining on the day of delivery otherwise I would have ended up with a very wet package.”

“Excellent service. Ordered appliance on Sunday and received on Tuesday. Communication was very good about shipping and delivery details. Prices were also a huge factor. I would definitely recommend to anyone else who needed a new appliance.”

“Initially the delivery date was too quick and no one would have been home to accept the delivery. Sent an email requesting later delivery and got an immediate response. That is rare these days and the team were really helpful. Item arrived as requested in good condition. Very pleased, thank you.”
