“You emailed me a day before but the cut of time was 6pm and I did not get home till seven which was to late to stop it coming then you emailed me a time of 1220 to 1420 so I had to get some one to wait in for it and then it did not turn up till 420 pm and my friend had lost her day so we were not happy”

“Excellent service. Quick delivery, very easy to order. There was a fault with the tap but a simple phone call to shipitappliances and they arranged for a replacement to be delivered the following day, Absolutely no problem.”

“Excellent service, good quality sink at very competitive price. My fitter couldn't believe how much I paid for it. No problems fitting it. Prompt shipping and I was particularly impressed with how I was kept informed and updated on the delivery time. It arrived bang on the given time.”

“Ordered 12/10/2017 but advised on 17/10/2017 your order is due to our warehouse by 27/10/17. Then advised the delivered to PowerDirect would be W/C 6/11/17. Chased for an update to be told, Unfortunately this model is still out of stock both with us and our suppliers. Cancelled the order (took a number of days to even get a confirmation let alone the money back). Ordered the day I cancelled with PowerDirect from AO and it was delivered the next day.”

“Called the day after my order had been placed as per the instruction to change the delivery date (no option to chose date at check out). It was confirmed that the date had been changed. I asked for a confirmation email but told they dont do that. Just after 3pm I received and email stating item had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day- not the following week as arranged. Failure to take delivery on the day would incur hefty re-delivery charges. Retailer only open until 4pm so was not able to make contact.”
