“Bought a gas on glass hob - really good product, fast delivery, great price, but, due to complex circumstances, did not get to install it for 6 months. Only found the extended warranty info in the pack after it was installed, which had to be claimed within 30 days of purchase. Sent the application with an explanation butinitially refused to extend. More emails and eventually got a phone call from Holly who did extend the warranty from purchase date (sadly not installation date from which point things are likely to go wrong!). This one glitch is the only reason for docking a star. Simple solution - make the need to register clearer, not buries in the packaging!”

“From making a call, purchasing my hob ,at a good discount to the quality and being allowed to collect my purchase everybody I dealt with at ship it were very pleasant and professional I s think it is great to know the caring,honest and professional companies are still out there. I highly recommend ship it appliances to anyone looking for any type of appliance try ship it first you won’t be dissapointed”

“Recently purchased an undermount ceramic sink from Ship It Appliances. The service was exemplary from start to finish. Received both email and SMS confirmations throughout the fulfilment and delivery service. The courier called when they were 40 minutes away from my house as advised and called again to confirm that my item had been delivered (I wasn't home). Would not hesitate to use this company again.”
