“NOT RECOMMENDED. Paid extra £30 to have it delivered it by a certain time. The driver came around at 7.30 to deliver it. Delivered it to neighbours because it was quicker than waiting for me to respond even though I rise at 6.00 a.m. everyday (a lifetime habit). Neighbour left for work so I did not get the item till late evening,which by then, it was too late. Now I have to pay to return an unopened and unwanted item which costs £70. It will cost me about £20 to return it hence I will have lost £50 for nothing. What was worse, there was never anybody on the customer service helpline and their attitude in emails was, take it or leave, in other words, tough. NOT RECOMMENDED.”

“Returned an item the same week, un-used and in perfect condition. Shipit decided to take 20% as an 'outbound transportation' cost. Will not be using again and advise others not to do the same.”

“I ordered 2 sinks and a tap with a cost of nearly £500. I checked the items when I received them to make sure I had no dents etc and all appeared well. One of the sinks has a glass sliding lid which was all intact so I checked no further. My kitchen was fitted this weekend just outside of the 30 day returns policy by 5 days which I had no idea about anyway. One of the glass covers had a small scratch but after contacting Ship it they state its outside their 30 day so tough luck. I wont recommend or shop with them again with my next project.”
