“item damaged in transit but was dealt with speedily and efficiently and damaged parts replaced very quickly. I am very pleased with my cooker hood”

“The cooker hood arrived very promptly. Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I was asked to e-mail a photograph showing the damage and a replacement was sent and the damaged one collected very quickly. The cooker hood has worked well during the first couple of weeks that we have had it. The service from the company has been good, as expected.”

“Delivery was very good, arrived on the 12th May. The template was for the curved glass extractor, however, the printed instructions enclosed with the glass extractor were for a steel extractor and, therefore, difficult to follow. On day of receipt of extractor, I telephoned Ship it Appliances and was promised an Installation manual for the relevant item MEP901 by first class post. Regretfully, no instruction manual has arrived. Today is the 22nd May 2014 .”
