“Hi this is the first time I've dealt with this company, right from the start I would probably rate it as the best online experience I've had payment went with no problems and the communication was exceptional so was the delivery timing would recommend this company to any buyer and when I'm looking for anything in the future I will no hesitate to use them again.”

“The staff of this company were very responsive when goods I ordered were not immediately available. When notified that the goods would arrive on a given date, this was date was met. The problems arose due to the goods ordered were severely damaged. It was evident that from the packaging that it had been mistreated. The tape holding the cardboard box together had not adhered to the surface. (The box contained a 'broken in half' Astrocast 1.5 bowl sink). One corner of the box had been destroyed showing where some form of impact had occurred possible causing the damage. On response (very good) the company collected the damaged goods within 24 hours and arranged credit. I was reluctant to reorder new goods because I felt that the goods had come from a third party and not the company themselves. My reasons for that is the company would halve not dispatched goods in that condition. There after service is first class.”

“The delivery team John and Andy were excellent. Very cheerful and helped me to push my son's car out of the way (couldn't get it to start) to make room to bring my appliance in! Delivery was on time. Excellent service.”

“I was very impressed that when a recent item I purchased was damaged the driver told me and did not deliver it but gave me all the paper work. I then within and hour received a phone call from the company about the item as the driver had called in and then I received a further call to advise me when the new item might be with me. All very professional and supportive to me the customer. Lesley Gail Pain”

“Really pleased with the Matrix extractor, looks great & easy to install. The price was a real bonus how it performs over time will decide how good a product it is. But from it's early promise I expect it to last well beyond its 2 year guarantee.”
