“Once I contacted customer service I was able to set up my transport and have it picked up that day and delivered across the country in three days which really exceeded. My expectations. The service rep was very attentive and understood my needs and that this is a bit of a scary process when shipping a car. I had to contact dispatch to get an update and they were also very prompt and informative. The company that was contracted out for the service was very good and professional.
My only recommendation; there has to be a way we can track the car to better fine tune time and day if delivery. If I can track a phone or a package I am sure there is technology out there. It was understandable due to traffic that things can get delayed and all but I think tracking is the way to go.”
