“I've used this service twice to ship different cars from LA to DC. It was pretty straightforward both times with Lottie from Ship a Car, she's great. It was just dealing with the transporter during my second shipping that was kind of iffy, but it turned out fine. Both cars were shipped, arrived at the estimated timeframe and the pickup was smooth both times. Both times my cars shipped uncovered, and the second time there was micro damage to the windshield seemingly from pebbles or something, but I guess that's the risk you take having the vehicle uncovered.”
“Process was fairly smooth. Lottie was great at explaining everything and getting the ball rolling. I had a couple issues with the carrier that caused a bit of stress with the drop-off process, but in the end everything worked out and my vehicle was delivered across country in less than a week.”

“Lottie was amazing and supportive throughout the process. Expained everything very clearly and was available for questions as needed. Other staff were less supportive during off hours, but ultimately the car shipped and delivered on time as promised. Remember to ask whether the driver will able to navigate the truuck to the desired pickup location. I had to drive my car to the nearbly mall, which was not my expectation. Would highly recommend depsite the small glitches.”
“Car was delivered a bit later than expected, but carrier stepped up to the plate & found a replacement driver. Price was a bit more than original estimate, but Ship A Car Direct offered to keep looking for another carrier. It was my decision to take 1st & more expensive carrier because I wanted my car. If the carrier had met their original time estimate I would have graded review at 5 stars.”
“Driver and staff courteous and informed. Car arrived at midnight - one day early and driver had some difficulty explaining where he was. Car was off loaded in a different area than instructed and then car was driven to where pickup was planned (and where truck was to be), but did not communicate he was in the car and not the transport truck until after a couple of phone calls. Earlier notice than 11:30 pm would have been helpful. However, would use service again”

“I was very happy with their service. The only issue is I was trying to have my vehicle transported from Oregon to the San Diego area so it was hard to find a carrier so it took longer to have it completed. Other wise they were very professional any my vehicle arrived in great condition and the driver did a great job.”
