“Jennifer was easy to talk to and did get a driver once I increased my price. The car sat on the board until then, as the bid was too low initially to attract a driver. The biggest downside of using this kind of company is the uncertainty of when your car will be picked up and when it will be delivered. Being single, it was challenging being at the pickup address and then driving to the destination in time for delivery. I was told the driver would be getting in touch 30 min prior to pickup, which was not the case. The driver called when he arrived at pickup site, giving me little time to get there to meet him. He spoke no english and we communicated via google translate. He estimated a 9 hour trip, including 2 hours for breaks. What really happened is he raced to the destination in 7 hours and ended up waiting an hour for me to arrive to receive the car. Because he had waited until 8pm to pick up the car, it was 4am when he was finally able to unload. Communication with the driver was impossible, because he spoke absolutely no English, and I do not speak Thai. I am grateful for the driver's willingness to transport my car, and that the car arrived in great condition. However, for a 59 y/o widow, this was a challenging, unsafe experience. Flying had not been an option, because there were no set times they could give me. So, I had no choice but to drive from the pickup to the arrival destinations, transporting this little sports car by closed carrier with me following behind. I would not ever use this method again or recommend this for any person who is single. I am so relieved this part of my moving to a new home in another state as a recent widow to be with my adult children, is behind me.”
“We had a good experience once it was picked up. But we were on edge till the very last day we had to have it picked up. Trying to get ahold of someone to know what was happening exhausting. Was told one date it would be picked up then they never showed or called. Once loaded it was good experience”

“The car arrived perfectly intact so kudos to the driver. Only comment to add for new people to shipping a car, if you need the car shipped on a specific date, put your first available date a few weeks ahead of that initial date. Mike does a great job at gettting you the best price but it can take a few weeks, so be flexible in your dates. We didn't realize this and he still did a great job to get us a carrier very reasonable under a timeline. Would totally trust them to ship any vehicles in the future.”

“The only reason I didn't rate this service at a 5 was we missed our target date. But i will say that Lottie was patient with me and was very steady. We were able to get the car shipped to our detination a few days passed our target date , so it worked out well. Also the driver, Roman was also very good, he showed up at the time he promised, took great care of my vechical and was easy to deal with.
