“I have been ordering from here for about 6 months now, they used to be very quick at shipping I would order and have my order in 2-3 days max..(even during covid). now it takes 2-3 weeks... hence the removal of 1 star. The last 2 orders everything was just slammed into 1 box no matter the color, material etc. The white shirts have been discolored or have various other things on them from packing etc. Things are literally being thrown in the boxes. All that aside, I love the color variety. The shirts are good quality and I will continue to order until I find a quicker alternative”
“I didn’t like their slow service. I do have another company to compare. Shirtmax will refund you but will make sure they retain a portion of your order. My advice don’t buy from them. Go with Jiffyshirts! They refund you 100% and super quick to ship your shirts.”
“I ordered 4 Gildan sweatshirts in xs……that is my usual size. I washed them before wearing and they shrunk to a toddler size……I contacted the company and they refuse to allow me to return them. They are poor quality and obviously defected. My credit card company is now handling the dispute. Never again…..beware…..these Gildans are fake”
“Ordered shirts for our Youth flag football team, paid extra for fast shipping, received the first package full of shirts that wasnt ours, got with them and returned them. It has been 3 weeks now and I have received 5 of the 48 youth shirts ordered and none of the 38 coaches shirts. Paid over $500 for the order, they refunded me my shipping cost, then said UPS did an investigation and spoke with me and I didnt live at my house, I have never spoke to UPS, just an idiotic company and sad they wont refund me for shirts never received, at least not at my house, but it will be on them as I preceed with the legal dept now and itll be on them when all they had to do is refund me for what I never received. Jiffy shirts overnighted my shirts to me to get the uniforms and coaches shirts out, Shirtmax is joke of a company, Jiffy or Shirtspace from here on out.”

“First off, I want to say after reading the comments at least you got your order. I didn't receive my stuff at all. WARNING DO BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.. TRASHHHH unreliable. Please read the reviews. Customer service is no help, take your money and your business somewhere else. Once I make a report that my item is missing I shouldn't have to track down UPS drivers, to locate this delivery.
