“As a long standing customer of The Shoe Garden I can say that you can always count on a warm welcome, friendly, informed and professional service and even the pet of a little white dog if you are very lucky! Whether you purchase in-store or online Carol and her staff value each and every purchase and I have never left disappointed, always finding something for any event that I need. It is an absolute pleasure to have choice and her large and colourful range means there is something for everyone!”

“Shoe Garden have very nice shoes for large feet that are orthotic friendly..can not thank Carol the owner enough for her help in sizing and customer service …I ordered on Monday and received them Tuesday thankyou for your excellent service ….love them ..feels nice to have something stylish to wear…many thanks Carol 🥰”

“I love the Shoe Garden, they have all the kind of shoes i love and need. I have very large feet and can never find dressy shoes , untill i found The shoe Garden that cater for all women with large feet and at a reasonable price. Im so happy I found the shoe garden.”

“Living in London, you would automatically assume that I would be spoilt for choice when buying Size 12 shoes. Unfortunately, the only shoes available here are clodhoppers in unattractive colours. Thus, to find Carol’s shop has been such a blessing. It seems that Carol doesn’t stock anything that she would not wear herself. So, the shoes that I have bought are always unusual, extremely comfortable and of high quality resulting in me continuously ordering them The Postman was even asking what was in the packages he so frequently delivers. Carol’s service is exemplary, right down to the wrapping and inclusion of Minties and Fantales I hope that Carol continues to service this long -neglected segment of the market.”

“I visited the Shoe Garden today to look for a pair of ankle boots and came away with two gorgeous pairs - we were greeted warmly as usual and everything I liked Carol had in my size - the whole customer service experience is excellent and it's lovely to visit a shop where the owner is so passionate about her business and the wonderful footwear she stocks.”

“Thw Shoe Garden is the best shoe store for any woman who has a large shoe size. Rather than being treated like a freak with a problem you are welcomed with open arms. Instead of having one pair of shoes to choose from if you are lucky you can have every shoe in the store! Put simply, it is heaven and Carol is an angel”

“This place popped up in my Instagram feed, I had never heard of it before, how exciting to find a place that specialised in larger sizes and at a price point that was not out of this world! So I tentativley ordered my first pair of shoes (having never ordered shoes online before) seeing that the returns policy was generous and fair) and am delighted in them! As I age, I am going for the flat but sparkly or statement shoe where I like a laceup or easy to walk in shoe that works as a work shoe. I will be back and am looking forward to an upcoming Qld work trip so I can visit in person.”
