I recently ordered a pair of DM (Adelaide) Henrietta Oxford shoes direct from DM's own website in their clearance sales - but they are only offering the Oxblood version in the sales. In fact the only other colour you can get direct from them (albeit full RRP price of £100/pair) are the Black ones. Through my online browsing, I found Shoes International (SI) and they're offering the DMs at £15 cheaper than full RRP! Plus they're offering the shoes in their original range of three colours (Oxblood, Black and Oak)! Because I am madly in love with the shoes, I ordered two pairs in the colour I don't already own. Having said that, I was fully prepared for SI to come back to me and say "sorry the manufacturer has stopped the Oak version, would you like to cancel it or order a different colour" etc etc etc... I put in my order on a Friday 5 August, by Monday 8 August I received an email telling me to expect delivery in 14 working days. Then yesterday Tuesday 23 August, I got an email telling me they've shipped my shoes and by 15:50 Wednesday 24 August I received delivery of both shoes!!! I am totally over the moon with the service... just BRILLIANT! I mean I have had no need to contact and communicate with them direct, but from reading all reviews I can imagine they'd be super efficient and super helpful! I would definitely be using SI again in the future and will honestly, "from bottom of my heart" kind, be recommending them to friends! Well done guys and keep up the good service! I love the personalised message in the box too! Note: (a) Chaps... despite the shoes being marketed for ladies... don't be scared, they're not too feminine and the heels are only about 1.5"! (b) If you are in between sizes (and have wide-ish feet) you ought to round it up to the next size up. In fact I originally ordered size UK6.5 when I ordered direct from DM but had to return it and re-ordered size UK7, because the shoes are a bit narrow. All in all, if you love the look of the shoes... go for it! I thoroughly recommend them and definitely recommend Shoes International!!!

“Excellent service. Efficient and quick service. A telephone call for a delivery problem , which was caused by me , was dealt with immediately , and by very friendly Staff , following this call ,I received the item the following day . The delivery was also very efficient, with information on approx time of delivery given twice , with 'a window ' short enough to be extremely helpful . This wasn't my first order and it won't be my last L. B . Surrey”

“Mephisto is a brand which is quite difficult to find in most show shops, particularly in my favourite camel nubuck. So for the second time I was pleased to find a style I liked on the Shoes International website. The shoes were exactly what I expected and delivery was fast.”

“Very speedy service from the company and no complaints there. I am still breaking the shoes in because Padders had told me they were the same fit as the now discontinued Glow shoes, but that has not proved the case as they are much narrower but that is no fault of Shoes International who have fulfilled the order admirably”

“Hi there thanks for asking for a review. I recently ordered a pair of security boots to be delivered to France. Your service from start to finish was impeccable. Website and ordering service easy to use, prices good etc. but actually what stood out for me was your customer communication. Initially you told me you didn't have the boots in stock, then within hours you told me you had sourced them, you left me a way to get in touch, you wrote to me and told me you had sourced the boots and again when you thought you could send them and then when they had been dispatched. They arrived within a few days. When I opened the box they were nicely oiled and in perfect condition. AND there was a handwritten note from "Lisa" trusting that the product had arrived in order and of not to not hesitate to contact you. Honestly excellent. I will most definitely use your service again and recommend it to others.”

“In the numerous transactions I've had, Shoes International have beeb completely reliable in providing a superb service. One has to be aware that sometimes the shoes displayed on the website are not in stock, in the size you may need, but they will get them for you and will tell you fairly accurately how long you will have to wait. And occasionally the shoes arrive sooner than they say! There's a great range of footwear to choose from and their prices are normally competitive too. Highly recommended by a long-standing customer.”
