Delivered to wrong address. Never received promised e mail notifying me of dispatch date. Delivery took 3 weeks by which time I had purchased alternatives. Logged onto website for advice regarding returns and followed link to Post Office. The PO doesn't have a returns label for Shoon!. Decided to contact customer service at Shoon. Phoned numerous times and only ever got recording telling me the mail box was full. Phoned an alternative number - no-one ever picked up the phone. E-mailed customer service with my complaint. No response. Never again !

I haven't received my order yet, my emails haven't been answered and the phone is constantly engaged. Order No 14427 - if anyone wants to sort it

Goods have not arrived 2 weeks after order date with no communication. Shoon have now requested a review before the goods have arrived or any mention of arriving. Email query is bounced by customerservice@shoon. Delivery information support line is permanently engaged and 'Can we help?' number is never answered. Twitter does not appear to have been updated since November. Last time I will buy on-line from Shoon.

Only one item arrived and I have not been able to contact the company since because by phone after five calls in two weeks their mailbox is always full and I have had no reply from the three emails that I have sent. This was a just a pair of slippers that is (was?) a present for Christmas. If they are not in stock it would have been nice to know such that I could have tried somewhere else.

Although I made my order for a pair of gentleman's slippers on 5th December, I have yet to receive them! I have tried to contact by 'phone but am repeatedly given the message that the mail box is too full to accept further calls. Please chase this up for me as I would like them by Christmas or failing this, an immediate refund to buy slippers elsewhere! Ref: - 14416. it is now 22nd December . PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY!!!"!

I ordered slippers on 5 December and we’re informed they were in stock but have still not received them. I have tried calling but there is no more room on the answer machine! And I have had no response to two emails. Very concerned as all shops have shut down. A response would be appreciated

Been trying to phone ever number I can find to get hold of a order I placed nearly a month ago !!! No reply !!! No delivery! !! Then you have the nerve to send me a request to give a review! ! Can't even rate you 0 stars !!!

Order placed 31/7 and as yet no item delivered. Now 9/8. Contacted Shoon and ambiguous replied eg 'will try and look in to it'. Have had to chase them all the way so far. Unusual for a web trading company as they usually sort problems very quickly.

I ordered a pair of blue Barbour boatshoes online. They arrived in the wrong colour. I went to the store in St Albans to change them and was told that the shoes I'd ordered were completely out of stock. Far from providing a reasonable solution or seek to compensate what was clearly Shoon's mistake and meant my time being wasted, the staff claimed that it was the warehouse's fault and not theirs. Furthermore, they got annoyed when I suggested that from my point of view as a customer, they all represented the same trademark/store. Honestly, it felt like I was being expected to deem being a customer as some sort of privilege. I have never experienced this anywhere else. I finally took a refund, which meant another 20 minutes of my time wasted, and finally bought the shoes elsewhere. To date, the shoes are still being advertised on the website.

Very disappointed that the shoes did not match in pattern, it looked like they were odd shoes This is the problem buying on line, in a shop I would have asked for a different pair,however I sent them back and asked them to find a matching pair,in the meantime they are now on Sale at Van Dal site for £30 cheaper should have got a refund and ordered from Van

I ordered a pair of Sofitinas in brown. I already have a pair in Black. I waited five days and when they hadn't arrived I phoned Customer Service who told me they had been despatched and if they hadn't arrived in a couple of days to phone back. When they hadn't I phoned again. This time the customer service assistant (Rosie) was more thorough. She told me the boots were due to be despatched from Newbury but hadn't left the store because they didn't have an address. I'm extremely surprised, frustrated and disappointed as I wanted these boots for a forthcoming holiday. As they haven't arrived in time I've had to cancel the order. I'm baffled that no-one had contacted me by phone to check my address. Surely the website wouldn't have allowed the order to be made if the required fields (and I would think a customer address would be one of them!) hadn't been completed. So, a huge waste of time and energy and nothing to show for it.

I was very disappointed because I ordered black boots for a gift, but the wrong colour of boots was sent. The box also looked tatty. I contacted the customer service advisor who was apologetic. She asked me if there was a label stating who had checked the order prior to sending but there was nothing in the parcel apart from the order information. I have returned the boots as they are not what I ordered.
