Never received such made customer Services in my life - paid for my goods courier services lost parcel - had to phone up to be told this - promised next day replacement never happened again took me to find out why - so far you have had my money- I have had no goods - not at all happy

After waiting a week rand to see where my order was told that it would be shipped that day and received the next didn’t happen rang again was told they would email me before the end of the day to see where my order was rang a third time lady told me she would go to despatch received a phone call order was being shipped that day and I received it day after. Never again

Ordered a pair of shoes, Shoon took payment. Several days later they emailed me to day that on checking the box there were 2 different sizes so they couldn't fulfil the order and would refund me. I accepted this as mistakes happen but then a few days later on checking my credit card statement I noticed they had refunded me about £2 less than paid. I know its only a small amount but I just wonder how many customers they actually do this to that don't chase it up with them, they are essentially getting money for nothing. Also they shoe's are still on sale on the website in the size I require. Despite 2 emails I have querying if they can now fulfil the order and enquiring about the small amount of money they still owe me I have received no response. Their customer service is appalling.

Ordered 2 items. One arrived promptly. The other didn’t arrive at all. After phone call they reordered it, it then still didn’t arrive. After 3rd phone call was told the item was damaged so I’m getting a refund. Three emails never got a reply

Horrendous should of read all the other reviews before I ordered. I was waiting 10 days for my ordered after 10 days they tell me it’s canceled as the item is out of stock awful company avoid!!!

Orders some boots online. Received confirmation of order. 2 weeks later I receive an email to inform me my order has been cancelled, no explanation. Had to call them myself just to be told there was a fault and no more.left in stock. Emailed them to let them know I wasn't happy with service and email address has bounced back 8 times. Which yells me the email address they give on their website doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Amazon for having the same boot in my size and delivering within 3 days of placing order. Won't be using or recommending Shoon Online again.

Firstly I paid for next day delivery, but they arrived 2 days later. Then when I opened the box, there was an odd pair of boots Inside! I couldn’t re-order as there were no more in stock. These boots were supposed to be a Xmas present. Very disappointing. Customer service were also unhelpful ie did not try to locate the pair I wanted to purchase

I have been chasing my order for 16 days, i was told they got lost then they were resending, no contact what so ever, i rang everyday for 5 days to be told they had been sent out express, day 16 no shoes and told i would be given a refund as they are now out of stock. Terrible customer service.

Terrible, two and a half weeks after ordering, not being able to speak to customer services on many occasions, promised call back that didn’t happen, I was eventually told I wouldn’t be receiving my order and it now out of stock! Would never use again!

After looking for information on shoe size and fitting - there was very little to go on- I opted for a pair of boots - Marcia Grey suede fur trim sporty ankle boot in the sale at £56 size 41, which I believed to be a uk 7.5. They were like size 9's, very wide fitting and much too long for my foot. I returned them at my own expense, and am still waiting for a refund 11 days later. I thought of buying them in a smaller size, but Shoon has put the price back up to £90, which I think is scandalous. The only reason I ordered online is because our local Shoon closed some time ago. This service is now slow and ineffectual and not a patch on the service offered by Shoon before they were taken over. They are now losing a once loyal customer.

Hi, when placing my order I ordered size 45 when they arrived the shoes were size 41. I sent the shoes back for you to rectify your mistake and have heard nothing since. If that’s running a business well then good luck to you. Still awaiting a reply. So now you send me a refund. What I wanted was a pair of shoes. Must be too difficult for work out that if someone orders size 45 and pays for them that’s what they want.

Bought a pair of boots from Shoon Bath store, the fit was a little loose and the sales assistant suggested using an insole which i agreed might work. Took the boots home and tried an insole which didn’t work. Took the boots back and was told I couldn’t have a refund only a credit note. This was never stated at point of sale but was then told it does say that on the receipt (a little too late)And i thought the consumer had the right to have their money back if not satisfied. Will never shop at this store again.

Awful service. Still awaiting delivery after 11 days but payment taken fast enough. Customer services don’t return calls and email addresses on website invalid. Issue not resolved at time of review.

I ordered online and paid online. 10 days later I have an email to say the order has been cancelled! Terrible customer service I have no idea why they cancelled the order after having my money for 10 days : ((
