Shoon's shoes are wonderful. however their aftercare service is not. I recently ordered a pay of shoes but received a pair meant for someone else together with all her details. I phoned Shoon twice but they did not reply. I received my shoes a week late with no explanation. I phoned and than delivered the other shoes myself. A breach in data protection and very poor after sales communication.

I placed my order - SHN15588 on 5th June, had email confirmation then heard nothing. I emailed, phoned (always voicemail) - nothing. On 12th June I managed to get through on the phone to Danny in Custmer Services who confirmed my order could not be supplied as the shoes were out of stock - if I hadn't phoned what would have happened as my payment had been taken???. She confirmed on the phone and by email (at my request) that I would be refunded - then on the 13th of June I had an email saying my order had been despatched but it has never been received. What a fiasco. I just hope my refund has been processed.... and I shall never order anything from Shoon again.

My delivery information was not available, I received no email to confirm my order apart from an email from UKmail. I contacted the company by phone (you have to leave a msg) so I used their website to Contact them on 7 June asking when is the delivery due, and received a reply on 15 June. Rating is based on the above. Poor level communication, In terms of the product we ordered they were good.

I am really disappointed with my first experience of shopping with shoon, I placed the order on 15 May and payment was taken at time of order, on 17 May I received an email saying shoes had been dispatched and I would receive them in 3-5 days, then on the 21st May (4 days later) I received an email to say the shoes had not been sent as they were faulty and I would be refunded, which I had to wait a few more days for. As you had taken payment and confirmed they had been posted I am sceptible as to whether you actually ever had these shoes and feel you should of sourced another paid yourself to honour the order.

The parcel went missing. Customer services failed to respond to my query about its whereabouts despite saying they would get back to me. I had to phone again and was told the courier then said the parcel was lost. I still haven’t received a replacement. So your survey is premature to say the least. I’m hoping the replacement might arrive tomorrow, 10 days after my online order. So not impressed at all.

where do i start. Ordered two pairs of shoes. After a week an email to tell me they had refunded the money for one pair of shoes. No explanation as to why. The second pair of shoes had not arrived after nearly two weeks. Phone up and was told they had got lost in the post and another pair would be posted to me very soon. So far I have had no communication regarding this call so have no idea when I will receive them. The only positive thing is when I made my call I spoke to Agnes who was very polite and helpful

My goods haven't turned up. It's been 24hours since I emailed customer service and I still have no reply. Plus this dialogue box is hidden by the keyboard on my android tablet so I can't see what I am typing. Really annoying!

Again, delivery service terrible, no updates about status, used to be excellent. Fed up with them sending me emails with promotions when they can't even deliver a good service. Very quick to take your payment though!!!

The website didn't work properly so I called to give both payment & delivery address. My first order was delivered to the billing address not delivery address & the person who took the delivery address included one line from the billing address. As I live in Kenya I confirmed that delivery would be by latest 12th March, as the person brining them out from UK was leaving on 17th. The shoes were delivered to the billing address on 17th, despite me calling on 12th to be assured they would arrive latest 13th. It then took 3 days of calling once or twice each day to get another pair sent to another address of someone coming out here to Kenya this week. I was assured that they would arrive latest 20th March. They have arrived at the UK address today 22nd. Fortunately just in time so, as they fly tonight I should be receiving them tomorrow. For the original shoes when I asked how I was to return them if I ever received them I was told not to as they were recorded as 'lost' on the system. Whereas I appreciate the effort taken, the inefficiency has been quite outstanding & the loss to your company of having to send out 2 pairs does not seem fair to you.

ordered on line and have been waiting over three weeks for delivery and for the last week a promise (text) every day of delivery. This will be my last order.

It cost me £11 to return a pair of boots that did not fit. I was expecting to pay something as the website did not advertise free returns, but £11? I will not be shopping online with Shoon again

The fittings on the shoes so out of kilter with the sizes of other brand shoes. Postage for returns is the responsibility for the customer which is rare these days and would deter me from making further purchases.

I still have not got the boots I ordered and paid for on the 6 February. I have been told they were dispatched on 15 February. I spoke to Ivette on Wednesday, 21 February who said she would arrange for somebody to look into it and they would call me yesterday. I have had no call and still no delivery of the boots I have paid for. What is going on? Shocking customer service, I won’t use you again. Please send the boots I have paid for or refund me. Thank you, Lisa Greenwood.

Bought some boots for a holiday 2 weeks in advance. After 11 days they had yet to arrive, i called the number on the email and i was told it was not the right one for shoes, but they took my order number and said they would let them call me back. They never call and the boots arrived when i was already away. Now i don't need them anymore and have to pay for return.

I was unaware that this company was in administration when I placed the order. There was a delay in delivery and poor communication. Although I now have my purchase and am pleased with it I doubt that I will order anything again.

How can a company that has gone into administration in November continue to allow people to buy online in December, take their money and not deliver the goods

I ordered and paid for a pair of slippers online for a Christmas present. Received an e-mail acknowledgement for the order. There was no subsequent information provided about shipping or delivery dates. After a week I twice e-mailed Shoon to seek that information. Neither e-mail received a reply. I tried phoning both the main office customer services and my local shop a dozen times each to find out if there was a problem; the calls were never answered. I called the Shoon shop in Bath; a very helpful lady explained that Shoon had been taken over and gave me a telephone number in Leeds to call. A helpful lady there advised that there was a problem with the manufacturer of my order and immediately initiated a refund which has been received. The problem - no information being pushed to the customer and that whoever was responsible for tracking the order did nothing to alert me that it could not be fulfilled. It should not have been my responsibility to take action to track down my order and recover my money. Just before I managed to contact the lady in Leeds, I sent Shoon another e-mail pointing out that if the Shoon website offers contact through a customer services e-mail address, it should be answered - unsurprisingly that had not been answered either. What a mess.
