2 weeks to receive the shoes and they were suede rather than the leather ordered. Have returned for a different size. Such a great selection though and l would order more if faster delivery

I had to wait weeks for my delivery and after I queried what had happened I was sent an email saying my order had been cancelled without any explanation. When I rang customer services I was told that one item in my order had been cancelled only, but three other items that I ordered have still not arrived. There was no communication about delays/lack of availability and I honestly began to wonder whether I had hit upon a "rogue" site by mistake. I have never had such problems in the past ordering online from Shoon. Have you changed your service provider?

I ordered the shoes on the 23/02/18 and I was told I should had them as they had been sent on the 15/03. It is now the 23/03/18 and I still haven't received them. Considering it is now Spring this is ridiculous. I was very sad to hear you have gone into administration and we have lost my fave shoe retailer(Jones) in Exeter as well. I am now reliant on going to Totnes or ordering online. Thank you, Sally Bennett sallybennett01@gmail.com

I had to wait ages for my order to be delivered but this was because the company went into liquidation. When the shoes eventually arrived unfortunately they did not fit, I was hoping to return them to my local shop which I discovered too late had closed down. I therefore had to send the shoes back to Shoon which cost £26. I am hoping that I will be refunded the full amount as soon as possible. I did like Shoon's selection of shoes and boots and am sorry that their shop in my town has had to close.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Unfortunately I can't wear either because the heel slips so much, I think because the design of the heel is not deep enough. I have tried everything, heel grips etc but still uncomfortable. Although they have not been worn outside of the house, and I was away on holiday when they were delivered,I think I have left it too long to return them.So a waste of £73.99!

The sizes have changed. They're at least two sizes smaller than the normal UK sizes have always been.

I bought these on the internet and didn't notice that the interior was synthetic lined (I wouldn't have bought them if I had noticed). I decided to keep them as I was desperate for some shoes and wore them out of the house immediately. The lining at the back of the heel had a lump that I hadn't noticed and ended up with a blister. I returned home and tried to remove it and ended up cutting part of the lining away. The other shoe also has a hard lump in a similar spot, so I will need to cut some of the lining away there too, as it is all part of the lining. I don't expect the shoes to last long since I have damaged the lining whilst trying to remove the lump. Really disappointed as not what I expect from Joseph Siebel shoes or Shoon.

Wrong size and wrong colour. Pink instead of pewter. I take 39's and these would have fitted a 41. Bought another pair of fitflops at the same time from different source and they were perfect.

I had to return the Crocs I bought because they were poor quality and not what I expect from Shoon. Since finding you in Cheltenham 5-6 years ago I have bought all my shoes, 2-3 pairs a year, by mail order from you, usually Josef Seibel. I love your emails and the range of shoes you offer and so was disappointed to find these shoes made in China were not of the quality I want.

I bought two pairs of boots in the online sale and returned both. I regularly buy footwear in store as I value the quality of the goods, but the items received online fell far short of the usual standard. The online goods were branded Shoon and I wonder if this is a line that's used for 'sale' purposes only?

Last order - they found the shoes were not in stock after Id placed order - did give me a voucher by way of apology but when I used that they sent shoes 2 sizes smaller than it said on invoice. T he shoes were returned promptly at the beginning of last week - they tell me they are due to deal with returns tomorrow! They seem to be all over the place - BUT used not to be!!

My gripe is about the shipping. Apparently my purchase was despatched from a shop. My flat number on the parcel was 56 whereas I live at number 3 and my name was also wrong. Human error which should never have happened. The postman eventually found me and asked me to make sure you had my correct address.

I ordered a pair of boots from Shoon online on 13th December and heard they had been dispatched on the 16th. I was told delivery would take place between 16th and 21st December so when they had not arrived by then, I contacted the help line. The person I spoke to to was extremely helpful but discovered that the boots had been delivered to the Shoon depot in Wells (whilst addressed to me); I am not sure how long they had been there. She said she would send them out that day (22nd December) but I would probably not receive them in time for Christmas. They are not a Christmas present but I had wanted them to wear over Christmas so am extremely disappointed. I have always enjoyed shopping in Shoon but this episode has rather put me off.

On buying a pair of shoes ringing twice about were there are, got them on Christmas eve I hope still waiting to see them turn up, it is a Christmas present for by daughter very very important , did order 9 days
