Absolutely terrible customer service! Will never order again! The woman on the phone Andrea was very rude to me and when I asked for her name she just hang up on me! That’s a very disgusting customer service! Do not order anything from them!

Should have read the reviews before placing my order. Genuinely the worst online purchasing experience I've ever made. You best hope you don't have to deal with customer support. You will be waiting 4-5 days per response to receive the most generic response that doesn't solve your issue and shows they didn't bother to read your email. I spent over £700 with them, and they were so unwilling to help that in the end I decided to send everything back even though I actually wanted most of the order. What a waste of a sale on their behalf. Returning the items was just as excruciating with their support team adamant the order had been collected, when I could clearly see the items still in my house, ready for collection...

Just terrible. Never again. They said 2-7 days. 15 has passed and i can't get my order. 7 days passed and they did send it. I'm desperate.

Ordered £350 worth of goods 10 days ago. So far had two emails; one to say there is a problem with Logistics, the second to say it will arrive shortly. That was a week ago!

Awful customer service so disappointed with Mango ordered my Christmas presents online order number U4ZE3V on black Friday and it's 10th and up to now they have not delivered almost £400 worth of shopping. Please don't shop Mango they have no customer service at all. The way their staff tray customer is appalling they even cut off the phone poor communication between mango and the delivery company and I. Flying out tomorrow and I had bought 1 bag excess luggage on my flight and the delivery is not here no excuse for this level of service for someone who has been a customer for 6 years. Newlook is better than you. Not even a phone call for an apology or any effort to compensate for my shopping all they said we can refund you😱😱😱I mean my kids are not going to have Christmas presents there is a reason for online shopping and it's convenient for so of us. If you can't deliver don't just be in business you ruining people's memories

So now with Black Friday, Mango announces in big black fat characters: IN STORES & ONLINE ONLY UNTIL SUNDAY BLACK FRIDAY 30% OFF EVERYTHING USE THE ONLINE CODE BLACK 19 and then down below on the right had side is a very tiny "more info". You actually do not see it, it took me 2 hours to find it while actively searching for it, which says that some articles do not apply for this reduction. Only found it out after 2 hours of shopping and trying to check out. Also the reduction is based on your country residence, some countries get -30%, some get -20% not sure what their criteria is. I am done with Mango, I had wrong advertisement.

Made a big order from their website. It was never delivered. Tried to contact many time on 3 weeks. After hours of waiting on the line they finally answered! A representatives assured me that they are going to open a case and resend me my purchase. Guess what they never followed up and of course never sent anything. I tried calling again but now the call just drops every time. Scum bags! Never order anything from them. I had to dispute my purchase.

I never write such negative reviews but I feel like it should be know how terrible their customer service is. I had ordered a dress to wear at my brothers wedding and received shipment notifications that it would be delivered a few days beforehand. The delivery date came and went and I was wondering what happened with my order when I suddenly received an email with a refund notification. I called customer service to see what was going on only to be told that there was an issue with their delivery couriers and my entire delivery had been cancelled. I was irked but as the dress still showed as available online, I asked them to put through an order and pay for faster delivery so I could have it in time for the wedding. A simple request right? Oh how I was wrong. The person I spoke with on the phone not only refused to re-order the dress for me (??? Then what use is customer service???) but they condescendingly told me how “these things happen” and that I should learn to “prepare myself” for when delivery issues come up. I tried to remain calm on the phone and politely explained that if the dress is still available and the previous delivery wasn’t fulfilled within the promised delivery window I paid for (5-7 business days) then the company should make it right. She argued with me, refused to help, offered zero compensation for the terrible experience and said there was nothing she could do for this special occasion and no manager to talk with. Disgusted, I hung up. I work in customer service and couldn’t believe a company would think this kind of experience was ok. I then emailed their customer support asking for help given that my order was cancelled and the dress was still in stock but never received a response. Eventually I just gave up and swore to myself I’d never shop at Mango again. Funny enough, I never heard back from customer support about my order but I got a survey from them weeks later asking how my experience was. I had to laugh bc it’s such a truly awful company that could be this incompetent. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else but “fast-fashion” type stores like this.

Never buy from Mango ! Worst online store ever. I ordered 48 express shipping since it was gift. Ended up with no gift, been waiting for more than week, nobody answered any mail. Been calling to Spain since that's the only one online support telephone number. And they told me package disappeared and they will contact me when they will.know where it is. After some days nobody contacted me,. Called them again, they promised to take a look again and asked me if I want refund or the items to be shipped again when they will find them. I asked for discount and they didn't even want to give me one. So I just cancelled all order.

We need to have negative stars for their customer service. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever came across. Calls were probably transferred to Philippines call centre, staff has no idea what customer service even like. Ordered 3 things online, which I never revived. When complained, they requested for a week to investigate. Never heard back from them, called again and was given another timeline for 73 hours. Never heard back, when called they said parcel was delivered and i must go and sort out with the person it was wrongly delivered to, also called us a lair. I have no product or refund.
